If you want to better understand yourself, your patterns in relationships, and your internal world—but also recognize that insight alone hasn’t been enough to shift long-standing struggles—you’re not alone. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck in patterns that seem to live in the body as much as the mind. I offer a relational, collaborative space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and (at times) humor to help you move beyond insight into meaningful, embodied change, increasing your sense of freedom, authenticity, and self-trust.
My work integrates psychodynamic and somatic approaches, grounded in the belief that lasting change requires shifts in both the mind and nervous system. I specialize in chronic pain and mind–body conditions, as well as trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, including work with neurodivergent adults and those exploring nontraditional relationships.
