I specialize in trauma/stress, addictive disorders, intimacy issues, and borderline personality disorder. I have extensive experience in the treatment of these disorders. I utilize a variety of models including experiential therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
