I work with individuals who feel "stuck" in patterns they can’t simply think their way out of. You may be navigating relational wounds, identity shifts, or responses that feel bigger than the present moment. Life may look mostly together, but underneath something still feels braced, tangled, or unfinished. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, grounded in an understanding of how the nervous system learns to survive. Rather than focusing only on coping skills or symptom relief, we slow down and explore the roots of what feels stuck. Together, we create space to uncover and embody the parts of you that have been hidden or lost.
I’m a relational, integrative, trauma-informed therapist. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and authentic. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity shifts, career challenges, relationships, & parenthood using IFS, somatic, imagery, experiential, mindfulness, and CBT/DBT—LGBTQ affirming and parts-informed.
