As a therapist, I believe we all deserve the space to heal, grow, and awaken to our authentic selves. It can be challenging in our culture and society to listen to our own inner-knowings. Even more challenging if we struggle with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and issues with self-esteem. You are not broken; you are learning and healing in a broken world. That's why I believe in helping clients access their inherent strength and wisdom. Through somatic and experiential therapies that draw on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and self-compassion, I help my folks meet reality with more resilience and self-trust.
I'm not your "typical talk therapist." Rather than work to change thoughts or rely on advice, I work to help provide a space where you can deeply explore yourself. Relying heavily on somatic (body based) and mindfulness (present moment) tools, you will have the opportunity listen to, understand, and even reshape your nervous system and beliefs.
