I'm not your "typical talk therapist." Rather than work to change thoughts or rely on advice, I help provide a space where you can truly heal. I integrate Clinical EFT/Tapping, Matrix Reimprinting, and/or Lifespan Integration for clients who feel ready to move beyond insight and work directly with the nervous system, emotional memory, and embodied healing.
My style is built on creating a regulated, safe, and collaborative space for true resolution. As a depth-oriented therapist, I meet you with warmth and deep listening, but my primary goal is facilitating profound, lasting change.
