Hi! My name is Lizette and I'm a bilingual, bicultural therapist and proud daughter of immigrants. As a Latinx therapist of color, I am passionate about social justice issues and serving the BIPOC community. I want to help you find insight and meaning and build on your strengths while providing a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. As a Latina and first-generation college graduate and professional, I am aware of the different ways that Latino culture has impacted who we are, our strengths as well as areas for growth.
I am particularly passionate about helping kids develop a growth mindset and resilience as they navigate life's challenges, as well as working with Latinx and BIPOC clients seeking to work through generational patterns that have inhibited the expansive development of their authentic selves.
Therapy with me is a space where we talk, explore, and learn about Western psychology and your own personal and cultural strengths.
