I help women and AFAB people who feel caught between their minds and their bodies finally understand what’s happening inside them. My work centers on neurodivergence, family of origin challenges, and those navigating reproductive health. Many of my clients come in feeling misunderstood by previous providers, overwhelmed by their symptoms, or unsure whether what they’re struggling with is “real enough.” Together we slow down, listen to the body, and rebuild a sense of trust in your own experience.
I specialize in ADHD and autism in adult women, complex trauma, chronic stress patterns, and issues connected to the menstrual cycle.

Religious Trauma and Purity Culture Group Therapy
Many people who have experienced religious trauma struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, fear of punishment, difficulty trusting themselves, or challenges in relationships and identity. This group will provide a safe, supportive space for participants to: ? Process their experiences with others who understand ? Explore the psychological and emotional impact of religious conditioning with special consideration for the impacts of purity culture and shame ? Learn tools for grounding, self-trust, and nervous system regulation ? Reclaiming a sense of empowerment, personal choice, beliefs and values ? Cost: $50 per week, $300 total
