I became a counselor because my own journey through trauma, childhood dysfunction, and difficult life experiences taught me the transformative power of hope and choice. Growing up, my parents didn’t have the tools to break the generational patterns they inherited, and I learned early on that “you cannot give to others what you haven’t been taught.” As I worked to heal, I began to see solutions that had once been hidden behind a fog of despair, and I realized I wanted to help others uncover the same clarity and hope.
My personal healing ignited a deep passion for counseling and inspired me to support others in breaking cycles of pain, reclaiming their sense of hope, and creating meaningful, lasting change in their own lives.
