Hello and welcome to my virtual office. In my life, hope is not an end but a beginning. I have the power of choice. Fueled by hope, which is the belief that things will get better, I decided to focus on doing what it took to change my life. My road to hope helped me see and pursue solutions that were hidden behind a thick fog of despair due to growing up in a dysfunctional home. One thing I tell others is “you cannot give to others what you haven’t been taught”. My parents lack the hope to break the cycle of dysfunction of their past family upbringing. I believe my parents forgot they had a choice to change things.
I decided to pour myself into years studying Counseling Psychology in Texas. I studied professionals from all fields that helped me understand how to break family dysfunction and to better myself individually. I provide virtual individual and family counseling with a focus on clinical solutions.
Having years of experience doing counseling and working on my own family I have learned that I can keep taking steps to towards hope to create positive permanent change. I have work on my own self and connected this variety of work with my own experience in the therapy room and integrated it by bringing hope into my daily practice with clients.
