Everyone carries emotions, memories, and physical sensations from difficult experiences, and consequently there are parts of yo (i.e. behaviors, thought patterns, etc) that work very hard to help keep you safe. I welcome every part of you. Together we will hold space for your pain without rushing to distract, avoid or escape from it, and my goal is to help you access the active healing presence inside. I personally understand that being a POC poses many challenges in this country and seeking support from clinicians who don't look like you or talk like you makes it far more difficult. I see you and I'm here for you.

I am BilinguaI (Spanish) and formally trained in Internal Family Systems Levels 1 & 2 through the IFS Institute. I work with couples from an IFIO lens (Intimacy from the Inside Out) and am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. Training in IFS and sexuality counseling have transformed the way I view the world and the way I show up for my clients.

I see my role as an active guide to help bring you back to your center and lead you to your truth, your power and your wisdom. You hold the answers of what is needed to heal and my role as counselor can be pivotal in revealing them. Together we will work towards reclaiming the qualities of your Core Self and welcome you back home.
