Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, their relationships, or a sense of clarity and meaning. . At Desta Therapy, LLC, I provide compassionate support for individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, questions of identity or spirituality, or adjusting to significant life transitions. Often, there’s a quiet longing to slow down, to understand what feels heavy, and to (re)connect with what brings balance and purpose. Therapy becomes a space to honor that process and begin to restore connection, presence, and self-trust.
I offer a grounded, relational, and holistic approach that honors each person’s story and pace. My work is guided by a decolonial lens, centering connection, balance, and self-understanding. I also provide Immigration Evaluations with care and cultural sensitivity.
