I work especially well with teens and adults and have significant training and experience with those struggling with aspects of adjustment/life transition, depressed mood, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and culturally informed treatment for Latinx community. My clinical approach is eclectic utilizing EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and trauma informed care.
Throughout my work as a clinical therapist, the most meaningful experiences have been witnessing someone access their own relief.
