| español As a therapist, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals navigating the emotional complexities of infertility, perinatal/postpartum issues, and the unique challenges of motherhood. My personal journey through infertility, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum, and the demands of motherhood has given me a profound understanding and empathy for those on similar paths. I also offer compassionate support for grief and loss, including loss of loved ones as well as pregnancy loss, drawing from my own experiences with loss.
In addition to my specialized focus, I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as helping individuals manage difficult family relationships and learn to set healthy boundaries. I help clients build resilience and find healing through compassionate, tailored therapeutic approaches.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can process your emotions, overcome challenges, and move toward emotional well-being and personal growth. I provide sessions both in office and virtually. Services are also available in Español/Spanish.
