I understand reaching out for help takes courage and bravery. In my practice, I hope to create a safe and empathetic space for all struggling with life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping clients reach balance in life after difficult events. I have over 10 years experience providing therapy to adults and children who have experienced trauma.

I am trained in EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, SMART, and other trauma focused modalities. I use a combination of these approaches to help clients meet personal goals. I provide a variety of tools to help clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and other targeted symptoms.

I am able to provide supervision to LMSW's who are seeking licensure, please contact me regarding prices and questions.
