I am Liza Valencia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience and advanced training in multiple evidence‑based psychotherapy modalities. I’m committed to understanding your story with care and collaboration, using that insight to guide thoughtful, research‑supported treatment. In our work together, we start by making sense of what’s been happening—connecting patterns, identifying what’s getting in the way, and highlighting the strengths you already have. I support clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, bipolar disorder, and other risks. I love witnessing the “before and after” as growth appears in relationships, transitions, grief, parenting, career, spirituality, and health.
