Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Texas specializing in working with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with the daily stressors of work, school, and life. I want to bridge the gap between understanding the individual as a person and seeing them only as the definition of their diagnosis. I enjoy working with all cultures and want to help those who want to find balance, reconnect with themselves, connect with others, discover their purpose and passion, and live them to their fullest. I am a faith-based licensed therapist who uses CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities to help my clients.

I am excited to apply techniques that would best assist you in developing your self-awareness and sense of self. I want to collaborate in achieving your goals and healing. I am here to listen and understand, assist growth and healing, and help develop your truth and identity.

I enjoy learning about other cultures and their languages, traveling, reading, shopping, music, experiencing new opportunities, and building relationships. I am excited to start this journey, which may feel uncomfortable at first, but I am here to support you in hard times and assist you in finding hope and light where you may not already be finding it.
