I’m here to listen to your story and understand what has brought you here. Whether you’re moving through life transitions, navigating fears, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples and strive to create a safe, welcoming, and affirming space where clients from all backgrounds feel heard, respected, and supported.
My style is warm, collaborative, and relational. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and even a little fun—because meaningful growth can happen when we feel secure and at ease. I integrate approaches such as CBT and DBT to support emotional regulation and coping skills, while also drawing from attachment-based and psychodynamic perspectives.
In couples therapy, I work from an attachment-based Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens to help partners identify negative cycles, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. Together, we can work toward healing, greater self-understanding, and more secure, fulfilling relationships.
