But internally, you are overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or constantly carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs. Maybe you overthink everything. Maybe you cannot relax without guilt. Maybe your relationships feel one-sided, emotionally confusing, or draining. Maybe you are tired of being the strong one all the time. A lot of the people I work with are high-functioning adults who learned early that love, safety, or belonging came from being helpful, easy, productive, emotionally controlled, or needed.

Those patterns may have helped you survive once. Now they are creating anxiety, burnout, resentment, perfectionism, people pleasing, or a nervous system that never fully settles. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, and childhood emotional wounds using EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. My style is warm, honest, direct, and deeply human.
