Welcome! I am invested in creating a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative space for each person to engage in healing work. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered values that take into account each person's unique strengths, backgrounds, identities, relationships, and life experiences and is based in the belief that you are the expert on you. I integrate psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches into my work and draw especially from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), depending on your hopes and goals for therapy.
I specialize in working with individuals across the lifespan navigating anxiety, ocd, trauma, eating/body image concerns, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I welcome and am passionate about providing support to people in the LGBTQ+ community.
