I work with adults, couples, and groups intertwining psychodynamic theory, somatic approaches, parts work, mindfulness techniques, and anti-oppressive theories. I also offer EMDR. I specialize in working with adults to explore identity, bicultural experience, queerness, relationship dynamics, and acute and complex trauma.
