I am a pug-loving, Golden Girls enthusiast who cusses in session and will gently support you while also calling you out on your shit (and am happy for you to call me on mine, too)! I don’t know everything. I don’t have every answer. I’m not going to pretend like I do. But if you’ll let me, I will help you figure out what works for you.

I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression and nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients thrive. My goal is to work myself out of a job with each client I see by teaching you how to be your own therapist, so that you have the skills and confidence to tackle future difficulties without me. My session fee starts at $180/session; self-pay only (no insurance). Session cost may increase for EMDR or extended sessions, however this will be agreed upon by both the client and therapist prior to any changes in session fees. I accept cash, credit, or check.
