About
Congratulations on taking this step; I would be honored to help. I offer strengths-based, in-person therapy in the Phoenix area, and telehealth in California, using cognitive-behavioral techniques, inner-child work, EMDR and Exposure and Response Prevention. Specializations include Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, addiction and recovery, and treating children and adolescents with anxiety. I am well-versed in 12-Step philosophy and love helping people thrive in their sobriety.
I believe my job is to be a change agent. I utilize specific techniques which can help you get well, and which you can practice on your own outside of the office. I use evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and ERP because these work, and they empower you to find your own strength in your healing journey.
Your relationship with yourself is the basis upon which all your other relationships will stand or fall. We all have inner voices, or "parts," which represent different aspects of ourselves; integrating these parts and resolving conflicts between them is essential to living in peace, as well as an exhilarating journey.
