I have been working with individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, and intense anxiety for 17 years. Currently I am only working with adult women. My approach incorporates elements from Internal Family Systems, as well as EMDR. I can teach you the latest techniques for gaining control and a sense of safety in your life.
I was formerly an instructor for Outward Bound. I like to incorporate the outdoors into my therapeutic work. With some clients, we utilize walking on the Trolley Trail in Oella as a tool in the therapeutic process.
