Are you feeling disconnected from your partner or yourself? I work with couples who love each other but need help to find the connection, safety, and joy they've lost touch with. I also help new and expectant parents build a strong foundation for this new stage of life. I also work with individuals struggling with worry, relationships, chronic pain and illness, and insomnia. I will work with you to see patterns and dynamics that need to change, understand your emotions, gain skills to face difficulties with confidence, get in touch with your strengths and values, and process past hurt.
Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, whether you are in a crisis or just looking to make a change. I know the courage it takes to walk in the door, so I meet that courage with respect, warmth, humor, and a nonjudgmental stance. I am honored to be let into my clients' lives, and see our relationship as an important part of the work of therapy.
