Hi there, I'm Liza. I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, cancer diagnosis, relationship issues, life transitions, infertility/miscarriage and faith/spirituality concerns. My therapy style is warm, engaging and compassionate. My aim is to create a safe space where my clients feel seen, supported, empowered and equipped with tools to address their concerns and improve their lives. I provide individualized support using a blend of CBT, mindfulness, client-centered and strengths-based modalities.
I offer counseling through a Christian faith perspective, if desired. My goal as a therapist, and follower of Jesus, is to support my clients on their journey by incorporating clinical expertise and Biblical truths into the counseling process. That being said, I work with and honor clients of all faith backgrounds.
