Life can be overwhelming, which can push you to feel lost and stuck. I specialize in trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Autism, but I also have experience working with other mental health issues. My clients find relief by working through their current issues by identifying how your life is being currently disrupted and then working backward to process your trauma. Some of my treatment modalities include Gestalt Therapy, DBT, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but I believe in tailoring the treatment to each individual client depending on what will help you the most.
As a counselor, I will provide a comfortable space where you know that you can leave your trauma safely in my office. I want to be that person you can trust to help you process the difficulties from your past but also help you prepare for the future. I believe that it is essential I be honest so when you meet me, I will always be open and truthful with you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with certification in DBT and NCC. I understand how difficult it is to call a therapist and admit that you are in crisis. When I am able to answer your call, I will be genuine on the phone and sometimes you might even hear my dogs/daughter in the background. If I cannot answer I will call you back as soon as I can.
