Many of whom are military veterans, first responders, survivors of human trafficking, or professionals with highly sensitive roles who need a safe, confidential space to process trauma. They’re often dealing with PTSD, anxiety, flashbacks, or relationship struggles, and they’re ready for real change. I can help by combining EMDR with practical, evidence-based tools to reprocess painful memories so they no longer control your present. You’ll gain clarity, reduce anxiety, rebuild trust in yourself again.
Specializing in trauma and PTSD with EMDR, I bring deep experience working with military veterans, human trafficking survivors, sexual trauma and deeply rooted hurts. My background includes forensic interviewing and supporting clients with high levels of trauma. I help adults process difficult experiences and move forward with clarity and strength.
Together, we will build attainable goals structured by you. I will help you develop positive coping skills and help you rebuild hope that will encourage you to thrive and reach those goals. Sessions available telehealth, and in-home (Concierge / Cash pay only and by special request for North County San Diego, CA). Individual sessions start at $200.
