I strive to create a warm and caring environment where my clients feel comfortable and validated. Through a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, I help explore clients’ concerns with a psychodynamic and humanistic approach. I believe our individual experiences shape the way we think, feel, and interact with the world, so we will work together to gain further insight into the past and present stressors that impact day to day life.
I work with young, middle, and older adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, narcissistic injury, disordered eating, and self-injury. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and encourage my clients to come just as they are. With a background in creative arts, I’m also conscious of the importance of nourishing our expressive selves.
Even beginning the search for mental health care is an accomplishment and a first step towards feeling better. I'm here to continue this journey with you. Please feel free to reach out via email and schedule an initial consultation call with me.
