Most people seek my help for anxiety, depression and feeling stuck. Anxiety can be caused by such things as illness, sexual and/or physical abuse, relationship problems, career disappointments or trauma experienced in childhood. The world generally does not feel safe for someone who is experiencing anxiety. Depression is often a result of feeling powerless to create possibilities for personal growth and happiness. Negative self talk co-exists with depression coloring what one does with a sense of not being good enough. I can help you discover new perspectives and possibilities empowering you to create the life you want.
