My focus is on assessing the entire person holistically. I want to acknowledge you for taking this brave and difficult step. Getting to this place has not been easy, but I assure you, you will get through this. Most importantly, you should not feel ashamed for seeking help. We are all imperfect, flawed in our own way. Only we control our journey to realizing our own best self. We need to listen and hear our higher self, clearing the noise and emotional interference that keeps us from achieving mental and spiritual peace. As a therapist, my purpose is to mirror, mentor and persist in helping you transform your symptoms to a memory.

I will nurture, encourage and hold hope when you’ve lost yours. I’ll welcome you into a warm, inviting space where you can unwind, decrease the turmoil in your head and help yourself to tea or cookies before our sessions. At this juncture, we have all been exposed to some form of environmental or systemic trauma that’s created anxiety and uncertainty.

In my 28 years of practice, I’ve worked with patients of all colors, faiths and belief systems. Regardless, we are all just travelers in this sometimes-unforgiving space called life.
