Beginning January 6th, 2025, I will have openings Monday evenings between 3:15 and 8pm. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with over 12 years of experience in the field. I primarily work with children and teens in the areas of trauma recovery, anxiety and depression. I also provide clinical supervision and have experience in schools, residential treatment programs and hospital settings.
My goal is to support clients in feeling more control over their emotional experience and having tools to manage every day stress while recovering from past traumas and adverse experiences. I use a combination of CBT, DBT, sensory tools, solution-focused therapy and narrative work.
I believe all people have great worth and are deserving of full, healthy lives. I also welcome LCSW's and feel fortunate to help guide the next generation of clinicians. I look forward to hearing from you.
