Virtual Divorce/Separation Support Group
This is an on-going process group for both men/women, who are separated from their partners. It's a safe and non-judgmental place for people to process their feelings, provide and receive support, and learn coping skills and self-care strategies for recovering from the loss of a relationship. We will address common issues such as grief, loss, fear, shame, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, loneliness, and parenting/co-parenting post-separation.
