So many times we walk through our world feeling different, alone, and misunderstood. We desire to be seen as our unique, quirky selves without the pressures to perform within the neurotypical norms. Expectations, deadlines, organization can feel like a prison. We seek refuge to live in our distinct values and have healthy relationships with our family and loved ones without judgment. Using evidence-based creative and expressive methods through a blend of art therapy and talk therapy we can explore and identify your unique place in the world.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I have both clinical resources and lived experience that aids me in helping clients and families learn how to effectively cope with these struggles. As an Art Therapist, I help my clients and families uncover and process thoughts and emotions that can be difficult to express verbally.
My office is a safe and open space for all who enter. Please call or email to schedule and we can begin the journey to creatively discover your strengths, increase self-esteem, and learn ways to express yourself authentically within all of your relationships. I am able to provide therapy sessions either in my comfortable office or in a safe virtual space.
