Reaching out to a therapist for help can be scary. As someone who has been on both sides of the couch, I understand firsthand how overwhelming the process can be. I want you to feel comfortable, safe, and supported through your mental health journey! I incorporate compassion, empathy, humor, and understanding into every session. I also have a therapy bunny, named Benny, who loves to jump into the laps of clients and beg for attention. I use many different approaches to treatment, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. I am a published author, and I enjoy helping clients who are interested in Narrative Therapy re-write the stories of their lives. I also incorporate art and journaling into my practice, especially with kids. I am ready to help you succeed!
I work with a wide age range, from kids to older adults, and tailor therapy to everyone's individual, personalized needs.
