I practice Internal Family Systems therapy, often integrated with EMDR, to heal anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment wounds. Resolving internal conflicts and integrating strengths is a hallmark of my work. Together we can improve your self esteem, strengthen your relationships, and create a more secure attachment to others.
