I work with individuals across all life stages, from age 4 to 100, and specialize in supporting those who have experienced trauma. I also have a passion for working with parents, helping them navigate the ups and downs of parenting with effective strategies tailored to their unique family dynamics.
With a strong foundation in Attachment Theory, I view every client through an attachment-focused lens, helping individuals and families strengthen their emotional connections. My approach incorporates evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT, ensuring a personalized path to healing.
Currently, I am offering virtual therapy, which may impact work with children under age 8. In these cases, I focus on parent coaching and guidance to support both the child and family in meaningful ways.
