Welcome! I have been working with adults for over 15 years, specializing in Infertility, Anxiety and Disordered Eating. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and work collaboratively with clients to help them develop a stronger sense of self and reach their true potential. Together, we determine concrete techniques and strategies to aid in addressing and correcting unhealthy thought patterns, ensuring long-term, quantifiable, changes.
I believe self-awareness is key to overall well-being and that great progress can be made by opening our eyes to various unseen roadblocks to success. Therapy can be a game-changer for people and I love witnessing their "aha!" moments. I look forward to helping you helping you achieve yours.
I know starting (or re-starting) therapy can be intimidating, having to share your inner thoughts with someone you've just met. It is my job to make your sessions as comfortable as possible, which I consider the most important part of beginning counseling. My two small pups are ever present in my office, which I've found also helps people feel at ease:)
