About
We all encounter moments in our lives that test our capacity to cope, and may cause us to feel ungrounded or overwhelmed. Whether you are struggling with issues of depression, anxiety, intimacy/relationship concerns, family struggles, life transitions, or simply feel like you need a space to talk through the things weighing heavily on your mind and heart, I intend to create a safe and supportive environment to explore the issues impacting you. I offer a calm, authentic, compassionate style and use an eclectic, active, relational approach grounded in psychodynamic training.
My goal is to understand the full scope of who you are-- your strengths and your struggles, and to use my skills and training to collaboratively build the insight and tools necessary to address the issues you are facing. I truly feel honored to participate in my clients' journeys in this capacity.
I have extensive experience working with adults, college students, and adolescents. Additionally, I welcome clients struggling with gender/sexuality/lgbtq concerns, infertility/pregnancy/post-partum issues and adjustments to parenthood. If my background seems like a potential fit for your needs, please reach out.
