I have an ability to genuinely listen and pick up on patterns that are causing many of my client's issues. I help them expand their perceptions and move from being stuck to finding a new and fulfilling path in life again. I am trained to use various interventions that help relieve anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and relationship conflicts.
