Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I enjoy working with students and early career adults seeking support while navigating challenges from managing anxiety, ADHD, stressful life transitions, or past trauma. My approach is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed models of care, which means that while I bring therapeutic expertise, I believe you are the ultimate expert of your life. I'm here to provide individualized support, resources, tools, and frameworks in collaboration with you so that you can know yourself better, work with your strengths, and build your inner resources to tend to yourself when difficulties arise.
My therapeutic presence is compassion-forward and client-centered. Together, we'll create a treatment plan for your goals. I practice from a relational, attachment-based lens and prioritize your holistic well-being. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy that will tailor modalities to fit your needs. This may vary from ACT to parts work, or EMDR.
Informed by research in relational neuroscience and best-practices for treating complex trauma, we can process what feels unresolved. My hope is to provide a safe space where people like yourself can cultivate your inner and social resiliency, unearth your values, and heal from past wounds. Please reach out if we sound like a good fit!
