The clients I work with come from different backgrounds and experiences, each with their own unique challenges and hopes for therapy. I specialize in creating a safe, attuned space where clients can explore emotions and transform patterns. By focusing on attachment, I help clients understand how early experiences shape current behaviors. I also use experiential and somatic approaches to help process emotions, fostering deeper connection and healing, as well as CBT, ACT and DBT principles.
I work with individuals (18+), couples, and families to help process emotions, understand patterns, and create deeper connections.
