Now accepting new clients for Telehealth. Success finding the right therapist for you or a family member can be a stressful process. My mission is to make that easier for you. I strive to create a comfortable environment where the client feels safe to process life's challenges. I have worked with youth of all ages, parents, and the family unit for over 20 years. I am ideally suited to provide therapeutic skills related to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, general mood and anxiety disorders, youth/teen issues, young adults, parent-child relationships, attachment issues, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy for ages 16+
I specialize in evidence-based practices that help develop emotional regulation, problem solving, and mindfulness skills. I teach skills that help build healthy relationships within the family unit and peer relationships. In addition to talk therapy, I have training in Circle of Security, DBT, and Peri/Postnatal mood and anxiety disorders.
It is definitely not easy to open up to someone new. I take pride in creating authentic, supportive, therapeutic relationships, while helping you gain the tools you need to cope with whatever life throws your way. Please reach out when you are ready.
