My areas of specialization include Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, PTSD, and PDA. This practice serves adults only. I utilize a combination of EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in creating a deeper connection with their authentic selves. I am highly skilled with identifying neurodivergent friendly modifications to daily life, boundary setting, and assisting clients in deepening relational depth. I am level 1 trained with the IFS institute.
