Healing starts with noticing what’s been carried for too long and remembering that even when the past feels heavy, there’s a way back to feeling whole. Many of us carry stories and experiences that leave lasting marks, from the harm that comes from those we trust, to the pressures that shape who we become, to patterns that echo across generations. Over time, these experiences can cause us to lose sight of our authentic selves and make it hard to feel fully at home in ourselves.
My work centers on trauma recovery and the process of reconnecting with ourselves after difficult or overwhelming experiences. Together, we create space to process and release burdens that may be holding you back. I guide individuals through trauma, chronic stress, and overwhelm, helping them build safety and reclaim their sense of self.
Healing takes courage. This work isn’t about changing who we are. It's about rebuilding trust in our capacity to heal and reconnecting with what feels most true and alive within us.
When you’re ready, I’ll be here.

Groups
CSC: Community of Survivors & Courage (TBD)
CSC is a process group for female-identified survivors whose lives have been impacted by sexual assault. This space strives to bring together survivors who seek community, empowerment, and a long-term healing process. CSC opens dialogue about loss and rebuilding of life involved with any act of sexual violence. We are currently recruiting 4-6 members (Start date TBD: Tuesdays, 5:00-6:30PM). A phone intake and in-person assessment is needed to register. Any questions or interest feel free to contact Kim Panelo (Email: kpxue@era-center.org | Phone: 408-579-9487).
