I work in partnership with you to help you not only overcome the barriers you are facing, but to rise above them.
I have a decade of experience in multiple areas and with various socioeconomic backgrounds. I work with a variety of life stressors such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family struggles, relationship issues, etc. My approach is to help guide you through worries, educate you to think outside the box, and challenge old thinking patterns.
