Life can feel overwhelming, and asking for help isn't always easy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, you don't have to do it alone. I believe therapy is more than just talking it's a place to feel heard, gain insight, heal, and develop the tools to move forward with confidence. My approach is warm, supportive, honest, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change while celebrating progress along the way.

I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, CPT, DBT-informed skills, and EMDR. I am currently completing an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training, including the required consultation hours. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered.
