I have a strong passion for working with both young people and adults, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community and those with neurodiverse identities. I find that I feel most useful when working with folks who are truly committed to their growth and healing, who are ready to do the hard work of exploring and challenging harmful beliefs and heavy burdens. It is an honor and a privilege to share space with my clients and to bear witness to their pain, vulnerability, and most of all their healing.
I offer personalized, client-centered therapy that utilizes various modalities like EMDR, internal family systems, and psychodynamic work. This creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their strengths and challenges, discover their authentic selves, and improve their ability to navigate life's difficulties.
