It takes a lot of courage to seek out counseling. My goal is to create a safe place for you to feel heard, valued and validated. I am passionate about working with you to provide you with the necessary skills and support that will allow you to navigate life when it gets tough. Every person has the capacity to grow through these challenges that life presents us with, and as your therapist, I will support and guide you through this process.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of WA and an LCSW in the state of ID. I utilize evidence based interventions and have experience working with various mental health diagnosis. I have received training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.
My aim is to work with you collaboratively to help you improve your quality of life. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and approach counseling from a strengths based perspective. My goal is to empower individuals I work with to overcome obstacles and improve their overall wellbeing, so that they may live a happier life.
