We’ll collaborate on identifying what is working for you and what is not, and test new strategies you can use. I’ll provide a safe setting where you can work things out.

I also have specialized training in health psychology and can help you manage health concerns like chronic pain, sleep issues, and maladaptive eating patterns. I welcome discussion of big topics such as discrimination, climate change, or other challenges of modern life.
