I believe that connection can be an incredible catalyst for change. I am excited about creating connections with my clients and supporting them as they explore where they want to go. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of trauma. Exploring body image with clients is also something that I am passionate about.
I am trained in EMDR and frequently incorporate interventions and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic mindfulness practice and Motivational Interviewing. I also have experience and training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and integration.
I offer in person, telehealth, and walk & talk therapy sessions. If you are interested in working together, please reach out to me to set up a free 15 minute consultation or an intake appointment!
